After wrecking on my Mt. Bike and injuring my ankle I was still able to run this week. However after my run on Friday I had a lot of pain in what i believe was my left adductor muscle. Obviously I was favoring my right ankle more than I thought. So with this I decided to skip my long run on Saturday and have a true day of rest, cross-trained on the Mt Bike today.
